What you need:
Daddy Sam's Bar-B-Que Sawce
Pork spareribs or beef shortribs

What you do:

Bake rib slabs in a shallow pan at 250 to 300 degrees until they are tender and juicy - about 2 hours, but individual judgment is required.

To prevent drying, turn the rib slabs every 20 minutes and place a shallow pan of water under the ribs in the oven.

During the last 15 minutes of cooking, slop on Daddy Sam's several times to glaze the ribs thoroughly.

Cut the ribs into individual portions of two rib bones each. Slop on more Daddy Sam's.

Return ribs to oven and bring temperature to 300 degrees. Turn off oven immediately and leave them in the oven at least an hour.

Serve warm or at room temperature.

Place bowls of warm Daddy Sam's Sawce on the table for dipping.

A year round classic! Expect high praise. Try to be modest!
