What you need:
Lots of Daddy Sam’s Bar-B-Que Sawce
About 3 pounds of pork shoulder or any other really cheap cut. The cheaper the better!
Hamburger buns
 
What you do:

Place the pork in a heavy pan with about 3" of water in the bottom. Put something under the pork to keep it off the bottom of the pan.

Cover the pan and bring the water to a boil. Simmer for 1 to 3 hours, depending on the quantity being cooked. Add water as needed. Judgement is required.

When the meat is very tender, cut it crosswise into 2" sections. Shred the pork with 2 forks. Liberally mix Daddy SamSawce into the pork.

Spread on Buns to make Daddy Samwiches.
