Grilled Vegetables

Sam's Barbeque Sawce An assortment of vegetables such as carrots, small potatoes, onion sections, celery, asparagus and green and red peppers. Olive Oil Salt and pepper |

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place the sliced and sectioned veggies in a shallow pan coated with olive oil. Bake the veggies, turning them every 15 minutes to prevent sticking.
Just before the veggies are cooked, coat them with Daddy Sam’s.
Turn on the broiler and place the veggies close to the heat. Brown or
caramelize the veggies slightly. |
